Terms of service.

These Terms govern your use of Skillsstore (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you accept these Terms. Contact: contact@skillsstore.ai.

1. The Service

Skillsstore is a workspace where teams author, organise, and share AI assistant "skills" (instruction packages) and surface them inside compatible AI agents (e.g. Claude Code) via a router plugin.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of all skills, files, and data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights.
• No malware, prompt-injection payloads against other users, or attempts to bypass workspace isolation.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of the API beyond your plan's rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe in advance (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and release updates that change features. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms or extended inactivity. Upon termination, we delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
